Do you come to my home or workplace?
Yes, that’s what we specialise in. We’re a fully mobile mechanic service, so we can carry out most repairs, servicing and diagnostics at your home, workplace or another safe location.

What areas do you cover?
We’re based in Aldershot and cover areas in Hampshire and Surrey, as well as areas along the M3 corridor, including Feltham and Hounslow.
If your’re slightly outside this area, feel free to get in touch — we may still be able to help.

What types of vehicles do you work on?
We work on most makes and models of cars and light vans, both petrol and diesel. Our technicians also have experience working on hybrid and electric vehicles.
If you have something specific or less common, just let us know before booking and we’ll confirm availability.

How do your prices compare to garages?
On average, our prices are around 15% lower than local garages and up to 40% cheaper than main dealers. We keep our costs down without compromising on the quality of parts or workmanship.

How do I get a quote or book a job?
You can contact us through the website, send us a message on Facebook or Instagram, or call/text us directly.
If you include your vehicle registration, a brief description of the issue, and your location, we’ll get back to you quickly with a quote or booking time.

How soon can you fit me in?
We aim to book customers in as quickly as possible, often within a few days. For urgent issues, we’ll do our best to arrange a same-day or next-day appointment, depending on location and availability.

What happens if you find more work needed during a repair?
We’ll always contact you first to explain what we’ve found and discuss your options. No additional work will be carried out without your approval — there are no hidden charges.

What if the repair can’t be done on-site?
Most repairs can be completed wherever your vehicle is located. However, if a job requires specialist tools or more space, we may be able to take your vehicle to our own workspace to complete the work safely and efficiently, then return it to you once it’s finished.

Do you supply the parts, or can I provide my own?
We can supply quality parts from trusted suppliers, usually at a discounted rate.
If you prefer to provide your own parts, that’s absolutely fine — just please note that if a supplied part is incorrect or faulty, we can’t be held liable, and labour charges will still apply for any time spent fitting or diagnosing the issue.

Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. All our work is carried out to a professional standard and comes with a 3-month workmanship guarantee. Parts are also covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

How can I pay?
We accept card payments, bank transfer and cash. Payment is usually due upon completion of the work unless agreed otherwise.

What if I need to cancel or change my booking?
We understand plans can change. Just let us know as soon as possible — ideally 48 hours before your appointment so that we can rearrange or update your booking at no cost.
